'Mrs Kina Bouquet', January 2025 (x2 twin acrylic paintings framed in black, 325mm x 430mm)

Inspired by delicious seafood delicacy kina or sea urchin.  Also flowers from the garden.  Mrs Bouquet (Hyacinth) used from old English 80's tv programme I used to watch as a kid & Hyacinth was a captivating character.  1 of 2 AT Kura Gallery WGTN.

'Mangōpare - SPEAK', (2 of 2, Study for patterning/kowhaiwhai), March 2025 (Acrylic painting, 350mm x 950mm)

Based on the Mangōpare/Hammer Head Shark design and the pattern emerged from there.  Encourages resilience for unity x.  Choice of colours to mimic subtle tones yet colourful keeping the picture looking and feeling quiet.  These would look beautiful in a black frame. 380
